The Asgard

The Asgard are the most technologically advanced race in the known universe. the Asgard are the protectors of all except for the Goa'uld and the Replicators with whom they are at war. due to the massive inter-galactic war with the Replicators the Asguard are not in a position to fight the Goa'uld. the Asgard as a race are dying. all of the Asgard are clones because they are no longer able to reproduce, as a result the Asgards entire race are dying.... slowly over many thousands of years.

the Asgard Thor is the most is most like an ambassador to earth. Thor is the Supreme Commander of the Asgard fleet.

The Nox

The Nox are race of humans that appear to be technologically, physically and mentally advanced. they are a race of pacifists. among their many abilities they are able to become invisible at will, revive their dead and live for many hundreds of years. the Nox have no enemies but hey would hide themselves from enemies like the Gould by becoming invisible. They were part of the four great races/alliances (the Asgard, the Nox, the Ferling and the Ancients also known as the Alterins).

Gould

Apophis is a powerful Gould. He is a system lord which means that he is Gould of great power. He commands many armies and controls large portions space and Stargates. He is strongly opposed to the Earth (Tauri), the technology of earth proves to be a threat to his own so he tirelessly tries to destroy earth.
The Gould are a futile race that seek only to prolong their own lives and rule over all others. The Gould are extremely confident and arrogant this ultimately prove to be their downfall in most situations. The Gould are at war with each other constantly. The system lords are the most powerfull Gould's, they are all in alliance against other enemies and to defend certain parts of treaties that they have agreed to. Although they are in alliance with other they still wage war against each other often.

SG1

SG1 is the first and most elite Stargate team

there is. The team is composed of a Jaffa

named, Tea'lc, Colonel O'Neill the team leader,

Captain Carter the worlds leading Stargate

physicist and Dr Daniel Jackson who is an

archaeologist, culture specialist and a skilled

linguist. The team was created to explore the

galaxy and search for potential allies in their

fight against the Gould.

stargate

The Stargate is transportation device used in the longest running sci fi show. The Stargate works by creating an artificial wormhole through sub-space. the Traveller must only enter the event horizon and they will be broken down into atoms and stored in the memory buffer, when they reach the opposite end of the wormhole they will be reconstructed and then will re-integrate upon the exit through the event horizon. The Stargate provides people with near instantaneous travel to different solar systems or galaxies. The Stargate is used by dialling an address with 6 space co-ordinates and a 7th for the point of origin.
